Our Terms and Conditions are simple.

1, We will arrange shipping, inland transport and de-registration after we confirm your full payment.

2, Partial payment won't be accepted.

3, Our prices are based on FOB by Roll On Roll Off vessel.
In case of container, extra service charge such as vanning fee, terminal handling charge will apply on top of our fob price.

4, Auction agent fee is 80,000 yen per car.
Above price include, auction success fee, inland transport to nearest port, documentation fee, shipping charge, exclude freight.

5, We need Guarantee money of 100,000 yen for any auction purchase.
This money will be used for your balance.

6, Payment Policy
We accept the payment by wired transfer (T/T telegraphic transfer) only. We DO NOT accept the payment by Letter of Credit nor Credit Card.

7, Balance Payment
After successful purchase, you need to pay the balance of purchase price within 48 hours.
We can confirm your T/T only during banking hours in Japan. (Banking hours in Japan are from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm everyday except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.) Please send copy the payment form by fax or attach it to e-mail. If payment will take longer than 48 hours, please inform us by e-mail.

8 , Cancellation policy
Cancellation is not allowed expect purchaser agreed to offset 52,500 yen from 100,000 yen deposit.
(Auction success fee 10,500 yen, auction entry fee 10,500 yen, auction success fee 10,500 yen and auction-port-auction at least 21,000 yen return, total of 52,500 yen)

9, Car Conditiions
Our car purchase from auction houses is as is where is condition.

10, Refund Policy
If we can not find you a suitable car within 8 weeks, we will refund your deposit after deducting bank charges.

11, Your countries import & registration restrictions
This auto exporation is conducred based on the condition that customers are familiar with all the regulations regarding car importing into your coutires. When inquiring, please describe to us all the import restrictions of your coutry (eg. Must be less than 3 years old, must have airbags etc.)
We will not bear any responsibility when it becomes impossible to import the purchased vehicles at your coutry.

12. Documents
Upon confirmation of complete payment of order (& freight charges), we will send the following original documents by EMS.
A. Original copy of Bill of Lading,
B. Invoice(describing unit & price)
C. Export Certificate (used be der-egistration papper)
D. Necessary documents such as English translation

13, SHIPPING
Our majority export is based on FOB.
FOB (Free On Board)
FOB includes followings: Car cost, Auction fee, In-land transportation to nearest port, shipping charge, documentation.
Note: the customer is responsible for the payment of the ocean freight to the destination.
C&F (Cost/Freight)
C&F includes followings: Ocean freight added on to FOB price

Exporting to Canada Vancouver, we use C&F only.
We have special agreement with shipping company so that there is nodelay for exporting to Vancouver.
